From the man who lost in 2012, and has said nothing about the one-man wrecking crew named Barack Obama, wrecking havoc in the country ever since. But when it comes to wanting to stop Donald Trump, he’s still all fired-up. So, Romney has spent the last 7 years warning about Obama’s demagoguery, right? I know I must have missed it because otherwise, he’d just be, well, a demagogue.

Via Daily Caller.

Mitt Romney has no intention to support either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump and said Thursday that he is “dismayed” by populism on both sides of the aisle.

“I see way too much demagoguery and populism on both sides of the aisle and I only hope and aspire that we’ll see more greatness,” the former governor and 2012 Republican presidential nominee said at an awards gala for American Friends of Hebrew University, The Washington Examiner reports. He said, “I’m certainly going to be hoping that we find someone who I have my confidence in who becomes nominee. I don’t intend on supporting either of the major party candidates at this point.”

Romney pointed to a recent commencement speech Michael Bloomberg made titled, “Here’s Your Degree. Now Go Defeat Demagogues.”

“He basically said, look, on the left you have this demagoguery saying all these problems in the country is because of the bankers, and people of wealth, successful people,” Romney said. He added, “and on the right, demagogues saying, ‘Well, no, these problems mostly involve these Muslims coming in and the Mexicans and so we’re scapegoating, which is a characteristic of a demagogue’s approach.”

“way too much…populism” How much populism is the right amount, Mitt? Are you arguing for plutocracy?

Populism is concern for the common man. Was anything done by GOPe following 2010 and 2014 elections to address voters concerns? I remember 2012 when Laura Ingraham complained that you wouldn’t go on her show because you didn’t want to face the conservative and independent hoi polloi. Was that the populist’s fault? Boehner et al negotiated budget deals with Obama in secret. Was that the populist’s fault? Trade deals are kept secret with no amendments allowed. Is that the right amount of populism? If Congress passes major bills in lame duck session, is that the right amount of populism? Mitt, you don’t have to be on the train, but don’t try and pull emergency brake.

This weak pathetic insect loser Romney needs to go away.

If I never hear his name again, it will be too soon. And he’s the single reason El Presidente’ was re-elected, because he wasn’t man enough to fight hard for the job. Period.

Reminded from the radio this morning that Mitt’s father, George, didn’t support Goldwater in 1964. Nixon did and got the nomination in 1968.
