Hillary shrugs

If there was any doubt about the dangerousness of this woman, this should clear things up. All excuses, all the time. Pass the buck, don’t blame her, not her ball. Appalling.

Via The Hill.

Hillary Clinton said the security at the American compound in Benghazi, Libya, was “not her ball to carry” and admonished Republicans for politicizing the 2012 attack that left four Americans dead.

In her first joint interview with running mate Tim Kaine on “60 Minutes” Sunday, Clinton said while she took responsibility for the attacks because she was secretary of State when it happened, none of the nine separate investigations found her culpable.
“So when this happened in Benghazi, I immediately stood up an independent committee — distinguished Americans, military and civilian experts. They came out and they said, “You know, the ball was dropped — in security. And, you know, some of the decisions that were made, probably should have been rethought.”

Clinton went on to say concerns about security at the American Diplomatic Compound in Benghazi never reached her.

“It was not my ball to carry. … Those [security reports] never reached me. Those never came to my attention,” she said.

She said the U.S. had horrible losses in Beirut under Ronald Reagan and the Democratic Congress didn’t politicize it the way Republicans have done with her.

“This has all been investigated over and over again. But as Tim was just saying, it didn’t get the result that some of the Republicans wanted, so they kept at it. And I feel very sorry that they have politicized it unlike any prior example.”

I’m just surprised she didn’t try to blame Israel for Benghazi.

Having difficulty remembering Reagan saying that we would get that video maker to deceased’s relatives after Beirut bombing. Did 60 Minutes ask the followup question; So as President, you promise that the buck stops here will be a non-culpable responsibility?

I’m pretty sure the secretary of state has the power to increase security at an embassy because a couple months before the attacks she decided to decrease it. Didn’t she spend a year ignoring 600 requests (and concerns) regarding security? Didn’t they find that out partially by going through her email? Good grief, she can sure pack a lot of lies into a small space.

If memory serves me right. It was Killary Clinton who made the decision to send the Marines back to Tripoli because she didn’t want to portray armed Military members guarding our Consulate because it we did not feel safe, and hire a civilian security company to guard it. Also her decision to instruct the guards be unarmed with weapons stored in a building inside the compound. It was members of that security company who showed the jihadists where the Ambassador was hiding.
