If you missed the DNC FLOTUS speech, and you don’t watch Morning Joe (or, Moaning Schmoe, as he is known in the tammybruce.com chatroom) it sounds like you just happened to miss one of the greatest examples of oratory in the history of Western civilization!
But I guess it’s easy to love a country after you get over $70M in free vacations, a staff of over 20, personal chef, free use of a private jet, and after eight years, you get to move into a multi-million dollar mansion with wine cellar, and get a lucrative book deal.
Mike Barnicle weighed in to suggest that the speech was greater than the best ones he’d ever seen.
MIKE BARNICLE: I’ve seen a lot of great speeches at conventions, Mario Cuomo in ’84, Ted Kennedy in 1980, Barack Obama in 2004. Bill Clinton in 2012. I have never seen a speech, given the presentation from a non-politician, really, the First Lady.
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: From the heart.BARNICLE: The presentation, the content of the speech from the beginning about watching her children go off to school.
MIKA: Chilling.
BARNICLE: The speech was about our children. The speech was about us more than it was about politics.
JOE SCARBOROUGH: It really was. And again, I’ve got to draw my attention to Republicans right now who see me with clinched fist up in the air cheering Michelle Obama’s speech to say, I don’t know that Michelle Obama would appreciate that, what I’m about to say, but her optimism and her hope reminded me of Ronald Reagan, who could talk about all of the problems that we were having and then look right at the audience, but always end by saying, I believe that America’s greatest days truly do lie ahead….

Number one, she didn’t write ‘the speech’, so she should get zero credit there, and number two, this women is the most despised person in every lunchroom and cafeteria across America since she(though she had no legal authority to do so) dictated thru the government, where possible, what the peasant urchins would eat. There have been many postings and pictures here showing the type of low grade garbage posing as ‘food’ served to the children, kids, teenagers and adolescents compared to her children at Sidwell Friends private school. We’ve seen the menus, haven’t we?
This level of Political Celebrity Idol Worship by these ivory tower New York Liberal Values Pissants would embarrass even the Daddy Trump Cult.
