hillary tim kaine

Is it just me, or does Tim Kaine seem like a guy who is just a few french fries short of a Happy Meal?

Or, not the brightest bulb in the chandelier?

Or something…

Via American Mirror.

….During a small rally in Reno on Thursday, Kaine attempted to mock Trump for pointing out the first presidential debate will conflict with Monday Night Football.

“How dare the framers of the Constitution mandate that the presidential election be during football season,” Kaine said sarcastically. “It’s an outrage the Constitution requires the presidential election to be in football season.”….

But the Constitution doesn’t require the election to be held in the fall. In fact, it says nothing about a date.
Article II, Section I:

The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

  1. Gordon says:

To many Liberals, the Constitution says only what they want it to say. They either deny the actual wording in the Constitution or make things up such as the “right to vote” and “the separation of Church and State.” The Constitution does not give anyone the right to vote, that is up to the individual State Legislatures to determine.
