Immunity deals for two top Hillary Clinton aides included a side arrangement obliging the FBI to destroy their laptops after reviewing the devices, House Judiciary Committee sources told Fox News on Monday.
Sources said the arrangement with former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson also limited the search to no later than Jan. 31, 2015. This meant investigators could not review documents for the period after the email server became public — in turn preventing the bureau from discovering if there was any evidence of obstruction of justice, sources said.
The Republican-led House Judiciary Committee fired off a letter Monday to Attorney General Loretta Lynch asking why the DOJ and FBI agreed to the restrictive terms, including that the FBI would destroy the laptops after finishing the search…
Judiciary Committee aides told FoxNews.com that the destruction of the laptops is particularly troubling as it means that the computers could not be used as evidence in future legal proceedings, should new information or circumstances arise.
Committee aides also asked why the FBI and DOJ would enter into a voluntary negotiation to begin with, when the laptops could be obtained condition-free via a subpoena.

I am no longer surprised as this sham by the FBI & DOJ is revealed . Nothing is going to happen to Clinton at this point . But honestly there should be an all out effort to remove Comey & every other person who participated & the punishment should include disbarring Comey & any other lawyer incolved ! Including Mills. & Samuelson ! Until her soldiers are having to pay dearly for enabling the Corrupt Clintons they will continue .
Do you think Congress will ask Loretta Lynch if it would have been appropriate for the Watergate Committee to offer immunity to Rosemary Woods including destruction of the Nixon WH tapes? Neither do I.

It’s 2:45 AM PST (my time zone) as I write this. Been watching the Alex Jones live coverage of the big Wikileaks reveal, the one that would get Hillary indicted. This has been surreal. Absolutely nothing happened. For people that oppose drones, they droned and droned and droned for HOURS. Alex Jones had stayed up all night to host this, and he was getting punchy. It was only Jones’s MST3K-class commentary, plus chatroom babble, that made it possible to listen to. Alex was shortly talking about a Wikileaks train wreck, and then shouting about having been trolled, finally announcing a “cluster you-know-what”. Jones was doing amusing stream-of-consciousness; this was “Operation Asswipe”, Assange was “Hillary’s buttplug”, or maybe (this is a Monty Python Life of Bryan reference) “Biggus Dickus”. You just had to be there to believe it. Watching it — it’s still continuing as I write this — is like being drunk (which I’m not). I’m ready to vote for Hillary if she promises to send a drone strike against Assange; it’s that bad.
The key point Jones has seized upon is something Assange mumbled (the sound sucked, and he was not very coherent) about how they would release key data “before the end of the year”. Jones shouted out, “BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR? THAT’S AFTER THE ELECTION! THEY GOT TO YOU! YOU SOLD OUT!”
Very strange. Maybe some of this will make sense by tomorrow.
