Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday defended a U.S. decision to abstain on a United Nations vote condemning Israeli settlements on land also claimed by Palestinians, saying it was ‘in accordance with our values.”….
The Obama administration broke with long-standing U.S. tradition when it decided not to veto the U.N. Security Council resolution, which condemned Israeli settlements on land claimed by Palestinians for an independent state. The resolution also condemned Palestinian attacks on Israelis.
Gilad Erdan, the Israeli public security minister, told Israel Army Radio that Kerry’s planned speech is a “pathetic move” and “anti-democratic,” the Associated Press reported.
Erdan said any proposals by Kerry for an Israel-Palestine peace deal will limit President-elect Donald Trump’s ability to set his own policy. He said officials from the Obama administration are “pro-Palestinian” and “don’t understand what’s happening in the Middle East,” according to the AP….

Dunno about Kerry’s values or “our values”, but certainly marking Hillary’s book down to a nickel reflect her value.
Kerry has been on the wrong side of history ever since he threw somebody else’s
medals over the White House fence.We dodged a bullet in 2004 as well as today.
As a non-Jew, this infuriates me. I can’t begin to imagine how conservative Jews felt. Of course, we all know liberal Jews whose first religion is their liberalism. They’re probably fine with what the wax mannequin had to say yesterday. History will show, time and time again, that the Obama administration was on the wrong side of just about every issue they confronted on behalf of America.

Seth Lipsky’s recent column on Kerry has some good historical info. (last half of column) on Arkansas Democrat Senator Fulbright who invited Kerry to testify before Congress on the Vietnam war. Includes that Golda Meir said, “Can you remember when Sen. Fulbright has said anything positive about Israel?”
