When the White House this afternoon released a litany of retaliatory punishments against the Russians for the alleged hacking into U.S. email systems and databases—“Significant Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities,” as the administration called it—the Russian embassy in the United Kingdom tweeted its thoughts on the move:
