A man from southern WI is at large after stealing several weapons & mailing a 160+ Manifesto that includes death threats to the President.
Hundreds of law enforcement officers are involved in a nationwide manhunt for Joseph Jakubowski, who is suspected to planning to carry out a terrorist attack. Jakubowski is heavily armed, has body armor, has a history of violence, and could be anywhere in the country.
According to NY Daily News, Joseph Jakubowski posted a video on social media of him mailing a manifesto to President Trump on Tuesday. Shortly thereafter, he broke into a Janesville gun shop, Armageddon Supplies, and stole 16 high-end guns along with suppressors.
Half an hour after the gun store burglary, Jakubowski’s vehicle was found nearby, fully engulfed in flames.
In the video of Jakubowski mailing his manifesto, he tells the postal worker, “You will never forget this face, ever.”
Law enforcement obtained the manifesto and the FBI has been doing a behavioral analysis on it.
“It’s really a long laundry list of injustices that he believes the government and society and the upper class have put forward on to the rest of the citizens,” Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden said. “It’s just an overview that he feels that the government, and law enforcement in particular, are acting as terrorists and are enslaving the people and creating this environment that he finds unacceptable.”
Jakubowski also referenced dying by the hand of President Trump and said that he wanted to save everyone by taking out one politician at a time.
Police say that he has also previously made threats towards schools, prompting schools in the area to shut down while Jakubowski is still at large.

As stated, local schools have been on “soft lockdown” & many parents have kept their kids home. I can’t say that I blame them. Today, Sunday, we had an added treat. A local church cancelled services & the rest held worship while either on lockdown or with a police presence. The reason: earlier this week a man paid a visit to a local church & had asked some “very strange questions” and the police have linked this incident to Jakubauski.
I’m no expert, but it certainly feels like “domestic terrorism”.

Hopefully it won’t take authorities as long to apprehend Jakubauski as it did to arrest Ted Kaczynski. Stay safe out there Rosebud.
I’ve offered to help with a feeding program to support the extra 150 law enforcement officers for Tuesday’s evening meal….hoping he’s caught before then.
