I’m pretty sure the Founding Fathers never wrote about improving healthcare.

But our Founding Fathers would definitely not have been pleased with Chucky Schumer, a publicity-seeking career politician with over forty years of holding elected positions of power.

Senate Minority Leaders said…at the end of the debate over the Republicans “skinny repeal” of Obamacare that the Founding Fathers of the United States intended for Congress to improve the healthcare system….

“We plead with you, let us re-commit this bill,” Schumer said on the Senate floor last night. “Let us vote against skinny repeal, and let’s work together to improve our healthcare system in the way our Founding Fathers intended us to improve it.”

    During Founding Fathers era, going to a doctor would too often lessen your life expectancy. I’m sure that FFs wanted better health care but they had at least half a brain to know that passing a law wouldn’t do it.
