Well, well. While we are all eating Thanksgiving left-overs, looks like Democrats are busy eating their own.

….2016 Democratic presidential candidate and former Gov. Martin O’Malley (D-MD) said former President Barack Obama’s decision to set up Organizing for America rather than “infusing” his energy into the Democratic Party devastated the party on state and local levels like a “bad forest fire.”
O’Malley said, “To put it kindly, President Obama decided to set up a separate political organization rather than infusing that energy of his candidacy and his amazing and historic victory, rather than infusing that energy into the veins of the Democratic party and making the Democratic party new and more energetic, instead the president and his people decided to set up a separate organization in ‘Organizing for America,’ OFA….
We’ve never gone through a period of time, at least not in modern history were the Democratic party lost so many seats and so many governors offices even as our president was a Democratic. That was a mistake that we made. We have to learn from that mistake. And I believe what is happening now is the party is regenerating itself, almost like after a bad forest fire.”
Because it was always about him. It never was about anybody else. Not the party, not the country, just him.

Hillary had her foundation separate from the Democrat Party. If the Party wanted Obama to work within the system, then it had to shut down the Clinton Fdn. Obama still would have stayed separate, but that would have been the only stance that the Dems could take to say Party First. Sort of like not calling out Bill and subsequently finding out that he wasn’t the only problem.
Obama fiddled around while Rome almost burned to the ground. And the Dem leadership knew and either didn’t care or was afraid to confront the 2nd Black president on his shenanigans. As a result, the party is about to be eliminated. Just one more thing I am thankful for this holiday weekend.
When history looks back it will not be kind to Barack Hussein Obama’s.
Eight years and he almost destroyed the country much less the Democratic
