Free college tuition? Why stop there? How ‘bout free housing, free food, free cars… They already get free medical care.

Gov. Cuomo wants to give another break to immigrant Dreamers by extending free public college tuition to students who were brought into to the United States illegally as kids.
Cuomo tucked a provision in his $168 billion budget plan that would amend state education law to make the undocumented students eligible for the Excelsior Scholarship program, which covers tuition costs for students from families with incomes of up to $125,000.
On Tuesday, he said the state would continue providing Medicaid to Dreamers regardless of any federal changes to the Deferred Action Childhood Arrival Program, or DACA….

This just infuriates me. I knew from the time I was knee-high to a grasshopper that I WAS going to college. I also knew that with 6 kids, my parents would not be paying for it! A 35 hour/week job and a full load for 4 years: books, food, rent tuition and mission accomplished. I paid my own way for the graduate degree while working full time as well. This just lights me up like no tomorrow. Work for it people. You don’t get to reap the benefits of what this great country has to offer via hand outs! It ticks people off. Well….I’ll speak for myself….ticks me off.
I don’t understand why politicians who loudly and consistently put the interests of foreign criminals above those of the heartland aren’t run out of town on a rail. Are we insane?
