Recipe Lounge! And the Tammy Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce
by Tammy on November 21, 2017**Bumped up again, a several years favorite 🙂 ** Please share your favorite Thanksgiving recipe/memories for everyone here in the comments! Cranberry Sauce is my expert dish for Thanksgiving. Here is the best recipe, a variation by me of one used by the very excellent Paula Deen. I also suggest replacing the apple ingredient with pear if you so choose! 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 (16-ounce) bag fresh cranberries 1 cup chopped apple 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup Grand Marnier 1/2 orange, juiced (you can also add orange zest and little bits of orange if that’s your fave!) 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated Combine the sugar and water...

Palin: ‘I’m Proud To Endorse Donald J. Trump For President’
by Tammy on January 19, 2016I was skeptical earlier today, but she did it. I wondered on Tammy Radio Live, that this would be more likely if Ted Cruz had done something that alienated her personally. If that was the case, there’s no reason to not endorse Trump as he’s the only other candidate she’d consider. So, we have it. Here’s part of the early coverage and as soon as we get video from the rally announcement we’ll post it. I’m still ambivalent, but I do know I’m for either Cruz or Trump, but of course will vote for whomever is the nominee. I’m curious to see your thoughts on this. Via Daily Caller. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said Tuesday: “I’m proud to endorse...

Open Thread: September 11, 2001 — Never Forget!

Fox News Announces Candidate Lineup for First Debates
by Tammy on August 4, 2015As you might imagine, I’m very disappointed that Carly Fiorina did not make the the cut for the prime time debate. The fact that Christie, Huckabee and Kasich are in the main debate is especially irritating with someone like Fiorina not making the cut. But in the scheme of things, if she’s as good as I believe her to be, which debate she’s in Thursday night will matter little. Here are the details, and I look forward to seeing your thoughts. Via Fox News: Fox News has announced the line-up for the prime-time Republican presidential debate this Thursday, and here’s who qualified: Real estate magnate Donald Trump; former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush; Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker; former Arkansas Gov. Mike...

Open Thread: The Charleston Church Massacre
by Shifra on June 19, 2015Almost immediately after the horrific event at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, the race-baiters were out in full force, spewing their toxic brew, from The Southern Poverty Law Center claiming that “hate is on the rise because Obama is in the White House,” to Van Jones demanding the media refer to the killer as ‘white racist terrorist’ with same force & ease that we would use terms “Muslim” + “terrorist,” to blaming Fox News for the shooting. However, here is one of the many sane voices, obviously not getting the media attention of the race-hustlers: Via IJ Review: Forget the Media & All the Hoopla That Comes With It – This is What People in Charleston Had to Say...

Stack of Tammy Radio Topics & Open Thread
by Tammy on January 27, 2015We used to post some of the research I use for my Tammy Radio show topics, and I’ve decided to re-introduce doing so. With so much happening, and two very busy years in front of us, I think it will be very helpful for those of you who want to follow up on what we cover. Happy New Year! Open Thread
by Tammy on January 1, 2015Here we are, the 1st of January 2015. We made it through another one, and while 2014 was a horrible year in so many respects (ISIS, plane crashes, Russia’s aggression, abandonment of Afghanistan and Iraq, release of Taliban terrorists, racial tensions stoked by our own government, etc etc), we can look to the action Americans took during the midterm election which was an undeniable rejection of the Obama agenda, and recognition of the failure of the destructive and craven administrative state. If citizens had only the Old Media to rely upon, we would not have succeeded, but with the voices and strength of New Media, and fellowships like ours, we have not only a chance to take our country back,...

Secret Service/ Ebola/ ISIS Catastrophe Palooza Open Thread
by Tammy on October 1, 2014Here’s the latest on all the crap from today, courtesy of a collapsing, disgustingly bloated federal government headed by clueless, moronic bureaucrats, many of whom would rather be golfing. Secret Service director resigns after security failures Secret Service Director Julia Pierson resigned Wednesday, after a security breach at the White House and other high-profile incidents raised widespread concerns about the safety of the president and his family. Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson announced the resignation in a written statement, and the White House confirmed her decision shortly afterward. President Obama “concluded new leadership of that agency was required,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said. I’d say we need ‘new leadeship’ everywhere. 5 kids had contact with Liberian Dallas...

Syria/ISIS Strike Update and Open Thread
by Tammy on September 23, 2014Evene though Obama was dragged into doing the right thing kicking and screaming, I was thrilled when I heard last night we were striking ISIS in Syria, and in a serious way. None of that pin-prick garbage we are implementing in Iraq. Instead, Tomahawk missile and scores of bombing runs. We were also told of 5 Arab nations joining us. At first there were no details about what “participating” meant. I tweeted my curiosity about this as “participation” could means a vareity of things, including allowing us to fly over territory. But today there are some details, and all are reported to have flown sorties, with only Qatar (the funder of Hamas and other terror operations) flying but not dropping...
