Sarah Palin Suing New York Times For Editorial Blaming Her For Giffords Shooting
by Tammy on June 27, 2017Good for her. As Brit Hume noted on Twitter, “To win, she’d have to prove the Times knew what it said was false or acted in reckless disregard of truth. High bar.” It is, but it’s doable, and it’s time we push back. Via NY Post. Former Governor of Alaska and vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is suing the New York Times for defamation over a recent editorial tying one of her political action committee ads to a 2011 mass shooting that severely wounded Arizona Democrat Gabby Giffords and killed six people, including a 9-year-old girl, The Post has learned. The Manhattan federal court lawsuit, filed Tuesday by lawyers Kenneth Turkel, Shane Vogt and S. Preston Ricardo, accuses the Gray...

Sarah Palin To Be A New ‘Judge Judy’ In Courtroom-Based Reality Show
by Tammy on March 22, 2016Starts in the Fall of 2017. So she’s not planning on being a part of a Trump admin? Seriously, she would be the perfect agency head to dismantle the Department Energy. And Department of Education. But apparently not. Via USA Today. Never far from a glowing screen, Sarah Palin may be coming to a TV dial near you: She will star in a new Judy Judy-style courtroom reality show in 2017, according to a publicist for a Montana production company. The former governor of Alaska, who’s already starred in her own reality shows since the end of her vice-presidential campaign in 2008, signed a production deal last month with a Montana-based company called Warm Springs, according to Howard Bragman, a...

Todd Palin Seriously Injured in Snowmobile Accident; Sarah Rushes To His Side
by Tammy on March 14, 2016Here’s what we know so far. Prayers up for the whole Palin family! Via Fox News. Todd Palin, the husband of Sarah Palin, has been hospitalized after a serious snow machine accident Sunday night, as the former Alaska governor cancelled a planned campaign appearance on behalf of Donald Trump to return to Alaska. The Trump campaign confirmed Monday afternoon that Todd Palin was in a “bad snow machine accident” and currently is hospitalized. “Governor Palin is returning to Alaska to be with her husband and looks forward to being back on the campaign trail soon. Mr. Trump’s thoughts and prayers are with the Palin family at this time,” the campaign said. The statement came shortly after the campaign abruptly announced...

Palin: ‘I’m Proud To Endorse Donald J. Trump For President’
by Tammy on January 19, 2016I was skeptical earlier today, but she did it. I wondered on Tammy Radio Live, that this would be more likely if Ted Cruz had done something that alienated her personally. If that was the case, there’s no reason to not endorse Trump as he’s the only other candidate she’d consider. So, we have it. Here’s part of the early coverage and as soon as we get video from the rally announcement we’ll post it. I’m still ambivalent, but I do know I’m for either Cruz or Trump, but of course will vote for whomever is the nominee. I’m curious to see your thoughts on this. Via Daily Caller. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said Tuesday: “I’m proud to endorse...

New Sarah Palin Video: The Truth About ObamaCare & Death Panels
by Tammy on September 10, 2013As usual, a very well done video from SarahPAC highlighting how Palin was right about ObamaCare’s Death Panels, and the continuing threat of this ‘health care’ disaster. We are just 20 days out from ObamaCare being jackbooted onto regular individuals and no one else. As I noted in last night’s Tammy Radio, the House GOP is using a legislative trick to make it appear as though they’re trying to defund ObamaCare, but they know that provision will be DOA in the Senate. In fact, they’re counting on it. I do have a solution to this: We must punish each and every one of the Republics who allowed this monstrosity to survive. It’s why we gave them the House in 2010...

Liz Cheney Disagrees with Father’s Contention That Palin Was a Mistake
by Tammy on July 30, 2012“I like Governor Palin,” Cheney said of the former Alaska governor. “I’ve met her. I know her. . . . Attractive candidate. But based on her background, she’d only been governor for, what, two years. I don’t think she passed that test . . . of being ready to take over. And I think that was a mistake.”

Sarah Palin in the Fight Again: Calls Christie a “Rookie” on Newt Criticism
by Tammy on January 23, 2012I have to say, it’s nice to see her in the swing of things again. Her previous “I’d vote for Newt” in SC elevated her out of the regular talking-head milieu she was slipping into. Here she once again engages on a directly political level and only as she can. Only Palin can really hit the mark calling someone like Christie a rookie and using the phrase “panties in a wad.” It still is bittersweet, though. I imagined this sort of fun w Palin in the actual debates. In the meantime, I’m hoping GOP is enjoying her fab “cheerleading” skillz 😉 From Fox’s “The Five” with the full intv w Bolling airing at 10pm ET. Click the pic for video...

Sarah Palin to South Carolina: Vote for Newt
by Tammy on January 17, 2012Not a full endorsement but pretty close. Will this push him over the top in South Carolina? He got Todd’s endorsement last week, so does Sarah chiming in make a difference for you? Right now polls have Gingrich second and with his stellar debate performance last night this very well could do it. What could be even more telling is if this semi-endorsement does not make a difference. Keep in mind, this could also be a deserved poke-in-the-eye for Gov. Nikki Haley who has her job specifically because of Palin’s support. Haley, as you know, abandoned any support of Palin during the Tucson massacre, and has come out full force for Romney. If a Palin endorsement manages to eclipse Haley’s...

Todd Palin Endorses Newt Gingrich
by Tammy on January 9, 2012I’m not surprised. If you’ll recall, I noted when Sarah Palin went after Mitt Romney Saturday evening, clearly indicating she wasn’t going to be neutral in this process, that they might as well endorse. While Sarah is a Republican and Todd and Independent, I think his endorsement of Gingrich probably reflects the Palin household sensibility. I’m curious to find if this has an impact on not only what Tea Party and Independents are thinking, but if Palinistas will now take a first/second look at Gingrich. Sarah Palin’s husband is endorsing Newt Gingrich for president, Todd Palin told ABC News today. But Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and John McCain’s 2008 Republican running mate, has yet to decide “who is...

Gingrich Floats Sarah Palin As Possible Vice President Pick
by Tammy on December 30, 2011Is he serious or just pandering to Palinistas? if you're a Palinista, does this affect your willingness to support Gingrich? Would she do it? Remember, if Newt is the eventual nominee he'd have the very same GOP machine helping him as McCain. Would she go through that again as second fiddle? Should she?

HBO “Game Change” Trailer–Features Julianne Moore as “Sarah Palin”
by Tammy on December 21, 2011This looks awful, but Ed Harris does seem to have Juan McRino down pretty well. I like Julianne Moore, I think she's fabulous, but from this little trailer and the bit we see, she seems awful and pretentious. I address all this in the Daily TAM Briefing. I'm curious to see what you think.

Sarah Palin Threatens to Sue ‘Rogue’ Book Publisher
by Tammy on September 26, 2011Good for her. This McGinnis piece of trash and all the other attacks on the Palins, of course, are all about 2012. I like that she’s standing up for herself, and in doing so is working to change this increasingly putrid political environment. Enough is enough. Sarah Palin’s family attorney John Tiemessen has written a letter to Maya Mavjee, the publisher of the Crown Publishing Group, a division of Random House, that Palin may sue her, the company, and the book’s author Joe McGinniss “for knowingly publishing false statements” in his book released last week, “The Rogue,” ABC News has learned. The book was widely panned by critics for using unnamed sources to criticize Palin and her family. Tiemessen cites...
