Meet Rudy, Our Adoption Feature for the Week

Rudy1.jpg

I'm Rudy and I would love to be your new best friend.

This is the launch of a new weekly program brought to you by Tammy Blog and Tammy Radio. Every Saturday a new pet available for adoption from one of the Tammy Radio cities will be featured in this space. We wil feature recognized adoption agencies. If you would like a pet from your adoption agency featured, send an email to the webmaster at tammyblog-at-yahoo-dot-com. If you would like to adopt Rudy, the contact info is just below.

From Los Angeles, it’s Rudy the Wonder Dog!

He snuggles! He fetches! He gives incredibly sweet kisses! He’s also able to leap tall fences in a single bound! Rudy is a gorgeous brindle Dutch Shepherd mix (might be purebred but he has no such airs), enormously affectionate, loving and loyal. So loyal, in fact, Rudy has been known to perform astounding feats to get to his human. Rudy needs a stable, loving home, proper training and a secure fence.

The road to Rudy’s new life begain several months ago on the freeway. He and his sister were found running on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles, probably dumped there and headed for disaster. They were taken to the shelter where his sister was adopted right away, leaving poor Rudy all alone. He’s anxious to start his happy new life too.

Ideal for a single person who can spend lots of time with him (he’d be a great companion for a runner or hiker!). He would also do well with a couple if they were equal caregivers. Not good with kids. He likes most other dogs and is great with cats. Rudy is a healthy four-year-old, neutered and up to date on his shots. If you can provide a safe, loving, permanent home, he will love you with all of his heart for as long as he lives.

Application, home check and adoption fee required. Please call Beatrice at 323-665-5334 or 310-694-4977.
