After 42 Years, The Talkmaster, Neal Boortz, Does His Last Show

I listened to Neal's last show today. I am going to miss this man. I have listened to Neal for many years, and he has given me many hours of enjoyment. If you have never heard his show, you have really missed someone special. I salute you Mr Boortz.

I will miss Neal Boortz. Though I didn’t always agree with his stances, he always gave it to his audience straight and refused to sugarcoat things the way many other talk show hosts do. Supposedly, he’s going to be available for guest hosting duties on occasion so we might not have heard the end of Neal Boortz. One can only hope.

He has sure earned every second of his retirement and all of his money. I wish him all the best. Got started listening when we were stationed in Georgia three times. His “commencement speech that was never given” is a MUST listen and his stories marvelous. Wonder how long till The Mighty O comes up with a way to take your retirement savings now and then what’s left when you die.
