In other sport news, Brazil is having financial troubles because of the 2014 soccer World Cup stadium costs. http://www.euronews.com/2015/04/01/for-sale-two-brazilian-world-cup-stadiums/ Article mentions corruption as culprit but the non-corruption sites aren’t doing well either. (The soccer governing body, FIFA, however made $1.7 billion on the tournament.) This matters because Brazil will be hosting the 2016 summer Olympics. The Olympics schedule has just been released. It runs from Aug. 5 to Aug. 21, 2016.
