    So right, Ell. And this is the proverbial toss of a glass of water into the ocean. A $33M annual deficit won’t be resolved by implementing a tariff on pedestrians and the “bike coalitions” (don’t you love the names activists give themselves?) that, at best, will produce $2M in revenue. Any gains will be short-lived as GG Bridge lovers will discover new territory to walk and bike.
