Intoxication consequences for drivers under the influence of alcohol & pot are responsible. However my mind wanders to the fact that so many Americans are under the influence of pharma drugs. What can ever be done about that?

DENVER (CBS4) – A plan is in the works to set a limit for people driving while under the influence of marijuana, and this time lawmakers say they’ll get it done.
