“Section 6001 of the health care law effectively bans new physician-owned hospitals (POHs) from starting up, and it keeps existing ones from expanding.”
Remember, the basis of O[no]Care is to include the supposed multi-millions not covered now (and dropping dead in the streets). This is yet another reason Barry's “solution” is unworkable — even if it wasn't a horrendous infringement on our basic liberties.

Speaking of illegal health care: UK does not allow sex selection for babies, however, legal in U.S. U.S. doctor states that he gets a number of senior UK politicians to his clinic for baby sex selection. To me, this affirms the Queens’ decision to allow daughters to be inline for the throne. If Kate & Will don’t get a boy, they couldn’t flout UK law to come here for sex selection like the UK polits are.

The socialized med. system is unworkable and necessitates more and more coercion to make it “work” (so-called work, anyway).
In Massachusetts under RomneyCare, they found it was necessary to mandate doctors participate or they would be denied a license to practice in the state. No one wanted to work in the state system, but they were FORCED. In Canada, private health insurance had to be outlawed or people wouldn’t take part in the state system. Many wrongly assume that “free” state care (as in France) means nobody needs insurance; on the contrary, virtually everyone there who can afford it DOES have private insurance so as to get better care than the govt provides. So much for “free” care taking care of everything!
