EPA Success: Puerto Rico without Power

Puerto Rico lost all electrical power on Wed. due to a fire at its ageing oil fired plant. PR wants to build new natural gas plant but the EPA has not approved the LNG terminal for it. PR Governor wrote January letter to EPA saying that their non-approval was endangering the island's power. Power is being slowly restored but expect more problems.

    Was at Denny’s early yesterday, only me and one other customer. Young waiter spoke about the walk out even earlier in the day. Said they were increasing. Top 5 richest county.
