Humans’ Use Of Pain-Relief Creams Proves Fatal To Felines

The FDA said the pet owners used topical medications containing flurbiprofen on themselves to treat muscle, joint, or other pain. Thank you for finding this, Pat S. I have had many cats over the years and currently have 3 indoor/outdoor fur babies. I’m always extremely careful with both prescription pills and over the counter pills such as Advil, but I never would have guessed that I could seriously harm my cats by using a topical medicated lotion/cream. Thank you for calling our attention to this issue. I will be sure and pay attention to what I use in the future and take precautions.

    Yeah for Team Snoopy~ 🙂
