IRS pays UBS whistleblower $104 million

Spend it BurRock, pay $104M to a convicted Felon. Dump our Tax Money BurRock before 1 Jan 2013.
Hmmm, a $740M fine, which will be negotiated in court and no doubt lowered if not outright forgiven over political favors, hell Clinton did it, why not BurRock?
