Paleontologist Jack Horner, the inspiration for the character in Jurassic Park, is retiring from the Univ. of the Rockies in Montana. He plans to teach in Calif. and continue to attempt to create a dino-chicken by energizing dormant dinosaur dna in chickens. I'm assuming by gene splicing.
Because of dyslexia, he can only read at the 3rd grade level and thereby was unable to get his college degree though like Einstein he has taught at Princeton. One of his big discoveries was because he was unafraid to take a hammer to a dinosaur egg.
