Shaneen Allen, the Philadelphia resident arrested for carrying her legally registered Pennsylvania concealed firearm into New Jersey, will be allowed to enter the state's pre-trial intervention program and will not have to face prison time. The prosecutor had originally sought a minimum of five years in prison for what was essentially a paperwork violation.
