Prayer request from TAM’s

Good evening all. My dearest friend in the world has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer. It has spread to her liver, kidney, and she is getting a scan to see if she has it in the brain. I am a wreck and scared, so maybe the prayers are for me. She is unbelievably upbeat, which is her nature. Life is a gift as Tammy has mentioned many times. My friend Sheryl is 50 like me, she has never smoked and was all around healthy. A couple of weeks not feeling well sent her to the Dr. An absolute shock for everyone.

    Sharon,

Oh my. What news…and right before Christmas. Please know that you and Sheryl have been added to my prayer list and I wish you both the best through this very difficult and frightening time.

My best friend was diagnosed with brain cancer in her late 20’s and survived. She’s happy, healthy and about to celebrate her 40th birthday & I’ll be there to witness the marvelous occasion. I hope that helps. It is possible to beat this awful disease.

Sharon, you, Sheryl and family are in the hands of Our Lord Jesus. It’s hard not to be fearful of the unknown, but as the saying goes “I don’t know what my future holds but I know Who holds my future.” I also watched a dear friend suffer.I didn’t think I could bear the loss but God gave me the strength that I never imagined.I pray a different outcome for you and yours.May it help you to read Phillipians 4:6-7.God Bless.

To Sharon and Sheryl; “Let not your Heart be Troubled…”.

For God’s Mercy is greater than this Cancer curse, “In my Father’s House are many Mansions…” The Book of ST. John chapter 14 verse 1-7 (King James Version).

I remember JOB’s tribulations and King David’ Psalms of Praise.

    God Bless

Sharon and Sheryl, a year ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I did not know what was going to happen, but I gave it to God. I said it is a win win situation, if God takes me home, I will be with my Lord and will praise Him. If I come through this horrible disease, I will be here a little longer with my loved ones. I went through a mastectomy, chemo, and prayed a lot. I’m still here, my attitude is with gratitude, and I will continue to give it to God, because the battle belongs to Him. As of right now, I am doing well, and so far am cancer free, and I will pray for the both of you, and please don’t give up hope.

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.
