Privacy Bill Re-Write: ‘It’s Wrong That the Senate Is Even Considering This’

Obama gets reinstated and the Senate takes a huge step against your right to privacy.

From FoxNew Insider: How would you feel about the government having free reign to track every key stroke you make on your own personal computer? If you think the possibility sounds far-fetched, think again. The Senate will debate this week what rules the government must follow if they want to track what you type.

“The American people should know,” the judge began, speaking of the slated debate. “Most people aren’t aware that the Senate is even considering this.”

Napolitano contended that the action is “absolutely the wrong direction” and would go against the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, allowing the government to capture every email and key stroke without a warrant and ‘just on a whim.’

“This will change radically the relationship of law enforcement to average Americans,” Napolitano said. “It’s wrong that the Senate should even be considering this.”
