Russia supply vehicle, Progress, for the International Space Station, has not operated correctly and is plunging back to earth. Article describes how this isn't a worry, unlikely that debris will hit anyone and the ISS has reserves and other supply vehicles. But last sentence of article says that the reserve supplies don't include propellant to keep the ISS at the proper altitude. That sounds like an issue.
