In preparation for the wintry mix that Wash DC received last week, I-495 in VA toll road surged toll to $30. Trump's infrastructure plan includes toll roads. Need to ensure that greedy gov't surge tolls are under control. One reason why liberals want gas tax to be per mile is for surge pricing.
