Trudeau Strafes Mizzou

Canada's Socialist Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called the Gov. of Missouri and threatened cancellation of Boeing fighter jet purchase. Boeing has filed an unfair trade complaint against Canada for subsidies to a Montreal aerospace company. While a PM calling a state Gov. with a trade threat is not thrilling, overall this is good because it's bilateral. If this was multilateral trade, Trudeau could be calling some international body that could rule against us and we'd have little recourse as Davos Supremacists (aka globalists) celebrated.

In strafing news, baseball edition; NY Yankees vs Baltimore Orioles last night (9/14/17), NYY rookie Aaron Judge hit his 10th and 11th HRs of the season against the Orioles. There are only 3 other NYY players who have hit 10 or more HRs in a season against the Baltimore franchise (includes St. Louis Browns before moving to Baltimore in 1954). Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, and Joe DiMaggio. Nice group that Judge just joined.

Washington Times Op-Ed on Boeing trade complaint makes solid case that Boeing’s complaint is bogus. Boeing is just trying to use rules & regs. to ward off a potential future competitor.

U.S. gov’t has found for Boeing and is imposing tariffs on Canada’s Bombardier company. UK and Theresa May don’t like the decision as Bombardier has a parts factory in Northern Ireland. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/09/27/bombardier-tariff-completely-unjustifiable-dup-leader-arlene/
