    Good Chareles Gasparino column from Thurs. I have even less respect for Immelt.

    If Immelt would just say that the tax increase should be less and the spending cuts should be more and real, then his voice along with previous GE leader Jack Welch, would give weight and cover to the conservative Republicans to get better economic policies. If Immelt remains silent, then surrender Boehner et al, will give Immelt the bad economic policies that he doesn’t want. See the light Jeff. Join Jack Welch and speak up.
