Our middle son happened to be the 3rd officer on scene and is seen at the beginning of the video searching, cuffing and marching off the driver after dragging him from the car. The driver is wearing a white t-shirt and is on the ground at the top left. The driver turned out to be a full head taller than my 6'1″ son who was happy to use his 230 lbs to full effect persuading the driver to cooperate.
The department uses solo cars but does aggressive back-up 😉 Tim was not named or pictured later. He had only left field training a month before. We are blessed and proud of him.
