What strategy to do you prefer against ISIS?

Do you prefer Robert Spencer's ISIS strategy or 0's?

This is what 0's strategy SHOULD be, but of course his main message this week is that ISIS/ISIL (whatever you prefer) is that the group is not Islamic..

    I could see President Reagan implementing all or most of these strategies in a perfect world. If only.
