An interesting analysis of how the West, in it's well-meaning muddle, nurtures the dark side of the Arab culture.

And there is nothing generous, rational, or progressive about that.”
The west doesn’t just ignore the values of honor and shame. Judging by the results of our executive branch of government, it is suppressed.
Netanyahu understands this. That’s why it irks me when he says Israel is merely a stand-in for America and Western culture. The madmen do despise things other than Israel but not as deeply as they despise Israel. I know Netanyahu is only trying to sell his case to Western countries, many of which have their own prejudices against the Jews.
