Loser.
Lots to talk about today–Gitmo terrorists to be tried in New York (really what could go wrong? And why shouldn’t we treat the mastermind behind 9/11 like a regular criminal, give him all the rights an American has an let him rail against this country using our legal system? What could go wrong?), excerpts from Sarah Palin’s new book, water is found on the moon (!) and an update on the various ways Urkel has found to set fire to, uh, fire and ash.

Well, I was booked for O’Reilly tonight to discuss Obama’s continued dithering on Afghanistan, but, as is inclined to happen on occassion, they bumped me. Understandably, they decided they wanted someone pro-buildup, ex-military. So, no Fox tonight, but I’ll let you know next time.

Hey TAMs, after I posted the first netcast we got lots of comments here on the blog as well as lots of emails with other comments and questions for The Palin Democrat (TPD). So I thought, hey, what better way to have TPD answer all those questions than with a Special Report Podcast? So here we are. Many of those emails also asked about food that will help with breast health, so in honor of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, TPD gives us some pointers and insight on the issue. Hi everyone, I just wanted to alert you to the fact that one of our infrastructure changes has taken affect. If you use the the podcast feed and download the podcasts into iTunes, every month from now on the username and password will be changing. The feed address has also changed.
This change goes into effect today! You will always be able to download/listen to the podcasts and other media on this site in the Podcasts subpage, so these new instructions are only for those of you who use iTunes for the material.
The new feed URL and universal username and password are in the new top post in the Members subpage. Please remember to change the settings in iTunes as these changes start with today’s podcast!

Exclusively for TAMs, it needs a little polishing, and we expect it to upload tomorrow The netcast is the debut of The Palin Democrat and Sydney Bruce. The subject? “The Shake,” that healthy drink smoothie thing the PD makes for me in the morning. Enough of you wanted the recipe, I thought what a perfect first netcast!

I also want to say Thank You to all the Tammy Army members who have renewed in this past could of weeks. You monthly subscribers have been renewing every month which I truly appreciate, and now the quarterly subscribers have renewed as well. Thanks to all of you for staying with me. I love being independent and being free from certain artifical market forces allows me to be as free as possible in the delivery of my opinions. I hope it has made for a more fun, entertaining, and relevant program for you. Thanks again.
Now, regarding the updates here at the site. We’ve got a great team working on a few additions here, both technical and design-wise. First, we will be creating a way for the comments of the majority of you who are “trusted” commenters to be published immediately. Wordpress does allow a one-comment trusting system, but we’re designing something custom for the needs of Tammy Blog. This, of course, will allow for a faster and more lively conversation.
There are some additional security measures we’ll be implementing as well. You won’t notice any of these, but they will enhance the security of the site in general.
Lastly, since we began the blog many have asked for a forum of sorts where readers and listeners could communicate in real time during the show and otherwise. It look slike this is a feature we can add as well, and will be an exclusive feature for the TAMs.
With this in mind and while I have a team working specifically on adding new elements, I’d like to know what you would like to see added to the Tammy Blog. Let me know your ideas. While we’re expanding we might as well get as much accomplished as possible!
