Scum Jesus Navarro Montes

This is simply astounding. Our Border Agents Ramos and Compean remain in jail here, while a scum murderer of an agent is released by Mexico. Just stunning.

U.S. ‘appalled’ at Mexico’s release of suspected killer

A Mexican judge has released the suspected killer of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Luis Aguilar, leaving U.S. officials “shocked and appalled,” according to a statement by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff.

Aguilar was killed in January in Arizona’s Yuma sector while he was trying to stop two vehicles that had entered the country illegally. One of the vehicles struck Aguilar while he was laying down a device meant to puncture the vehicle’s tires and prevent its escape back across the border. Aguilar is survived by two small children.

Chertoff has cited the border agent’s killing as a sober example of rising border violence, which he attributes to the increased desperation of smugglers and drug traffickers trying to get their goods into the U.S. from Mexico. Chertoff and other administration officials have pointed to the border violence as evidence of the need for the Merida Initiative, a joint effort to combat drug trafficking in Central America, the U.S. and Mexico.

In the past, Chertoff has praised the Mexican government’s cooperation in tracking down Aguilar’s killer. On Wednesday, he released a statement that said: “We are working with a determined Mexican Government, and our Department of Justice, to seek swift justice for the Aguilar murder. We have also assured Agent Aguilar’s family that every resource is being called upon in the relentless pursuit of justice.” The Mexican Embassy in Washington did not return calls for comment.

Chertoff is delusional. He’s praising as “determined” the very government which allowed the release of this freak. Make no mistake, a Mexican judge is not going to release a person of this sort, involved in an international incident, without the Mexican government giving its approval.

Perhaps it’s no surprise the Mexican Narco-government has done this just as they appeal to the absurdity of the “World Court” to intervene in death penalty cases.

**(Just a heads-up: A questionable image for children follows after the jump).**

A message to Chertoff, Mexico, and every ‘Globalist’ Repub out there who fuels this sort of idiocy and directly threatens our sovereignty.

Murder, apparently, is no big deal to beasts. Bush and his incompetent team have now led us into a situation where we’re being held hostage by a Stone-Age, corrupt, drug-reliant tyranny.

Mexico asks World Court to halt U.S. executions

Mexico asked the World Court on Thursday to take urgent steps to stop imminent U.S. executions of five Mexicans on death row who were denied their rights to consular assistance. One of the five, Jose Medellin, is due to die on August 5 in Texas, which is poised to set execution dates for the others.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague ruled in 2004 that the United States had violated international law by failing to inform 51 Mexicans now on death row of their right to consular assistance and said the cases should be reviewed…

In 2005, President George W. Bush, a staunch defender of the death penalty, directed state courts to review the 51 cases following the World Court’s ruling, saying the United States must adhere to its international treaty obligations.

But the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in March that Bush overstepped his authority when he directed Texas to comply with the ICJ’s ruling and reopen the case against Medellin.

A gang member, Medellin was denied the right to meet with a consular official from Mexico after his arrest for the June 1993 rape and murder of two teenage girls in Houston. The killings were linked to a gang initiation.

What can you do? You can start by telling the DHS what you think of them (avoid being too illustrative; you want to get your point across without getting yourself in trouble), their failure to close the border and refusal to hold Mexico accountable on issues of crimes committed against citizens of the United States. You can tell them they are directly responsible for this travesty.

I’m shocked! Does the president know about this? Boy, I’ll bet he’s gonna be mad, huh?

  2. GenRach says:

I want to be outraged, I want to be shocked..yet I find myself simply saying..” Did we expect any less?” That in and of itself makes my stomach turn. Oh, I have not given up the fight, I just wonder if the fight is about to change tone..

The reason that Ramos and Compean are still in prison is because Bush does not have the guts or moral courage to give these officers a pardon. He is the Commander and Chief not only to our military, but to our federal law enforcement officers. He screwed them! I have supported Bush, and still do, on Iraq and what he has done to prevent another attack on this country. I not one of those who suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome. I spent 28 years in the military, Vietnam, Panama, Somalia, Gulf War, and never once saw a commander, even in the worst of times hang their troops out to dry like this. JDB, posted “Boy, I’ll bet he’s gonna be mad.” If he does not care about justice for his own officers, I doubt he will even notice this piece of garbage being set free.

Forget building a wall, build a series of fire bases instead.

If it comes across the border without authorization, shoot on sight. If artillary and small arms doesn’t stop it, call in air support.

Don’t just secure the border, millitarize it.

Who knows, with nowhere left to run, maybe the Mexican people will finally confront their own worst enemy: The Mexican Government itself.

Chertoff, another example of the incompetence of the Bush Administration…where did he find these dolts? We do need a competent D.O.J., seems their all out to lunch.

    Raging Bull Moose: EXACTLY!

Everyone would have a much better idea of what to do with Mexico if we all recognized that they are not our friend or ally. They are our neighbor and nothing more. We can have a long, unsecured border with Canada because we know that Canada truly considers us a friend. Mexico considers us occupiers of their land.

  7. Shawmut says:

No country in the world does more to vet and scrutinize its laws than the United States. Yet, countries like Mexico, a neighbor, not a friend, as well as many other electively barbarous populations, can approach the international legal community and expect us to go along. Shamefully, we do. Shamefully, we do.
