Time to stand in solidarity. When Barky attacks Joe Wurzelbacher he attack us all. (HT LGF)

I AM JOE

I hope you will join me in expressing a simple bit of solidarity with this guy, Spartacus style. I AM JOE. I am a Wal Mart schlub in flyover country who changes my own oil and unclogs drains without a license. I smoke and drink beer and toss the football in the front yard with my kid, and I figure I can fend my way without handouts from some Magic Messiah’s candy bags. Most everyone in my family and most everyone I grew up with is another Joe, and if you screw with them, you screw with me.

Are you a Joe? Say it proud. Leave it on every goddamn newspaper comment section and online forum. Let these pressroom and online thugs know you won’t stay silent when they try to destroy the life of a private citizen for speaking his mind — because for every one of them, there are a million Joe Wurzelbachers. And for that we should all be thankful.

YOU GO JOE!!!! I’m with you all the way.

Just saw an Obama spokesgirl say loud and clear that Obama wants to raise taxes on small businesses making over 250K a year in GROSS earnings – NOT profit after expenses. We small business guys know that after buying materials and paying employees, it is hard to run any sort of modest business and bring in less than 250K in gross receipts. So, when Obama starts punishing us and gives away our profits as welfare, we will have to raise prices and lose customers, or downsize the business and fire employees to make our own profit, or never pursue our dream of owning a business because of unfair taxation. Better to do nothing than to work for nothing. All small business owners need to tell their employees that they better prepare to be fired if Obama gets elected.

Very sad how so many unthinking people think it is cool to punish success rather than work for their own success.

Thanks for flushing out “Obama-the-dream-stealer” so we can really see what he is about.

You know, I’m pro-plumber and very much a capitalist who dislikes Obama’s policies, but isn’t it dismissive to call him “Barky?” I can enjoy a joke or a jab at his expense as well as the next non-brain dead, anti-socialist, gun-loving American, but I fear that code name assignments at this point are a bit premature. My two cents.

Following the comment section, here; helps understanding the impact of Obama’s on our future; that alone focuses Obama’s negative impact on the future on America. The fiber/cloth of our strength is “joes” multiplied by many of us.

I’m average Joe and proud of it.
“isn’t it dismissive to call him “Barky?””
    Ummm……no?

  5. Fox says:

It’s as dismissive as refering to someone as, “[Just] a Plumber,” to cheering crowds. I am Joe Mechanic, hear me roar!

It’s shameful to admit but there was a point where I was going to vote based on a coin toss because I was fed up with all of it. Then Obama decided to speak ill of my clinging to guns and religion. You couldn’t be more transparent. As you shouldn’t make statements of attacking other countries, so should you not telegraph the attrocites you’re going to commit at home. First take the guns, then you can do whatever you want to their religion.

Now I’m going to get ready for sunday school and worship today but I thought I’d leave a link full of quotes that make you feel good and anti-liberal. Such as:

The kind of ‘gun control’ Amerika needs:
“No child shall be allowed to graduate high school until he/she has demonstrated the ability to control a gun well enough to hit a running “Liberal” at 300 meters.”

“Ideas are more powerful than guns. We would not let our enemies have guns, why should we let them have ideas?” – Josef Stalin

(Now I understand why liberals had such a bromance with Stalin before WWII)

    I am Joe P.S.

Employee of a professional corporation with three shareholders and a solo employee, me. Another year there should be one more shareholder (me) and one more employee. Unless Hillary becomes Sec HHS, Obama nationalizes healthcare and punishes us with oppressive taxes as payment for years of hard work and abuse by the government. Then we will all be employees of the Beltway. I’ve been an employee of the US government and corrupt state government. I hated it. The padding of CV/resumes with meaningless and unattended committees, the power plays and the backstabbing for the dirty government grant money, the unfunded demands.
But I refuse to shave my head.

Isn’t it wonderful how Joe can speak straight up – and with one simple question outed Mr Obama’s apparently socialist agenda for everyone to hear. Time, Mr Obama, to do what you say and say what you do – come completely clean and up front with the country – with actual numbers across the board. Stop hiding and speak straight.

Latest Obama wealth spreading program rumors appears to be only for people paying social security payroll taxes. Why has he apparently thrown all of us under his bus who have paid and paid for years and who are now retired. Why won’t Obama or any of his spokes pieces answer questions instead of repeating their sound bite that more poeple will get lower taxes even it has become clear that taxes will go up – you can’t reduce some income tax rate a little tiny bit and raise a bunch of other taxes and say it is a benefit. At the end of the day, obamaplan will result in a flatter wallet, from what economic study organizatoins say.

I for one do not want Obama or his ilk to steal from any business I might start just to give a gift to somebody who is on his welfare program.

    You got it right Sable007!

With that “other” Joe’s comment about “not knowing any 1/4 million dollar plumber,” only bespeaks of the ignorance of these beltway ding dongs in not only running a business and laying out the full truth.

Once you add up salaries, plumbing supplies, office space, trucks, health insurance, employee benefits, insurance, utilities and the ever so apparent taxes, social security, blah, blah, blah — Plumber Joe is not making a mint.

All of us regular folks, know that in order to make more money in capitalism you need to expand your business — but under Marxy Barxy Obama, you’ll be working for him!
