I don’t think this is what Mr. Corsi had in mind when he traveled to Kenya to promote his book “The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality”. Kenya is in the grip of Obamamania. Obama’s friend, the murderous radical leftist Raila Odinga is the Prime Minister. Mr. Corsi was detained for not having a work permit. The Kenyan authorities initially said they did not know what they were going to do with him.

He had been planning to launch his book, entitled The Obama Nation Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality, before travelling to one of Nairobi’s slums to donate money to the Senator’s half-brother George, who was found living in squalid conditions two months ago.
But officers swooped hours after Dr Corsi was described as “author of a smear crusade” by local newspapers. Journalists were turned away from the hotel suite where the launch was due to be held. “He shouldn’t have had anything in the paper this morning,” said one. “That was his mistake. He should have kept it secret.”
A source at Nyayo House, where Dr Corsi was being held, said the author had been detained for references made to Raila Odinga, the Kenyan prime minister, and allegations that his Muslim supporters had engaged in a wave of violence that rocked the country after December’s disputed elections. The allegations are not taken seriously in Kenya, were Mr Odinga is widely seen to have been cheated out of a legitimate victory.
In the promotional literature for his book, Dr Corsi promised to reveal sinister links between Kenyan politicians and Mr Obama.
I have to wonder if the Missouri law enforcement officials, members of Obama’s Truth Squad, aren’t a little green with envy over how far they can take it in Kenya. The clear attempt to intimidate anti-Obama speech in this video demonstrates the authoritarian instinct of the Left. It is not only possible, but likely for thought police to become increasingly repressive right here at home once the hard Left takes hold of power.
McCain has truth squads too but there was never a blatant attempt to misrepresent themselves as acting in an official law enforcement capacity. The prosecutor featured in the video later made a statement she was not acting in an official capacity although she certainly didn’t go out of her way to avoid misinterpretation during her interview. You would think an attorney would be mindful to do that. The Kenyan authorities detained Mr. Corsi with trumped up charges. The Missouri prosecutor referenced possible violation of Missouri laws if “lies” were told about Obama. Following the storm of protest against her intimidating statements, the prosecutor naturally claimed her freedom of speech was being violated.
The original AP story about this featured on Yahoo! news said that the book contained “internet rumors” that Obama was raised a Muslim and that he attended a black racist church.
Those are internet rumors?
Of course every story about this says “Mr. Obama is a Christian. Mr. Obama is a Christian. Mr. Obama is a Christian!!!!” Funny, they aren’t so quick to dispell the actual internet rumors about Gov. Palin.
BTW: That story has now been “updated” and has, therefore, disappeared.
I just ordered Dr. Corsi’s book. It was on my list of books to buy anyways, and this seemed like a good time to show my support and order it.
What Dr. Corsi is going through is what the Obama/Soros thugs have in mind for all who dissent.
If the MSM cover this at all, they’ll find a way to blame Dr. Corsi. We can all see that coming.
And think of what the “Fairness Doctrine” means for this country. If it becomes mandated that differing ‘MUST’ be aired on outlets – even salaried – the cost of enterprise could be more than doubled; and the oversight by a station commissar.
Don’t even compare it to the IRS; will call-ins be ID’d.
In my past agent training in MI programs such as ‘Defense against; sound entry, methods of entry’ meant how to use bugs and pick locks.
Think about forced – legalized – Fairness.
The Corsi incident is more than likely a lab experiment – like testing pharmaceuticals on foreign subjects.
These are elements to watch for.

I am the person who sent the news tip to WND over 4 weeks ago to alert them of what was really going on in Kenya.
It’s not about publicity, nor is it about smearing a presidential candidate.
It’s about the murder of Christians and apparently 2 western governments bolstering and supporting the person who made this possible.
The truth needs to come out.

Jerome Corsi has written evidence about Barak Obama in correspondence from his senate office to his favorite candidate in Kenya that he supports installation of SHARIA LAW there and advised that candidate there to make POST ELECTION RACIAL VIOLENCE in Kenya if he lost. All this is according to the live interview he gave to Sean Hannity just now having been forcefully deported from Kenya. The Ayers connect is damning enough but this is fresh and current.
Time to inform the American people the both of Obama’s parents were Communists too.
