Operatives of Soros’ Center for American Progress have been running the Obama campaign, now Jammie Wearing Fool lays out how they’re running the Obama “transition team” for the White House. Connections run the gamut from CAP to ACORN to leftist smear machine Media Matters as well as other Soros-funded gestapos.

    Remember Obama’s favorite movie?

    “The Godfather”

It’s all crystal clear now isn’t it.

Looks like Colin “Run and Hide” Powell endorsed the Messiah this morning. When you hear his reasons, you’ll have to pick your jaw up off the floor. Guess he follows the “Bros before Joes” political philosophy.

I think Obama is the biggest phony around. He doesn’t have an independent bone in his body. The fact that all evidence points to his friendships with these crooks doesn’t surprise me. Soros is such a hypocritical fraud. He gives decent businessmen and women a bad name.

I’m not surprised by Powell. The only reason why blacks support him is because he is black. And as a black woman, I see it all the time. No one cares about the totalitarian socialism he’s advocating. They really aren’t listening. It’s all superficial. Considering if elected his policies will affect lower classs individuals the most.

The Oprah’s and other celebrities will be completely sheltered from the tax increases. Nothing’s at stake for them. But those who aspire to become successful and prosperous will have a hard time. Since Obama constantly preaches Marxism and class struggle nonsense, he doesn’t want successful, independent citizens. He wants slaves!!

I like to call Obama’s vision authoritarian despotic socialism with a side of communism. But, I think he is terribly naive about the puppet he will be for George Soros. His admin will be a puppet authoritarian despotic socialistic (with a side of communism) government, and we will all suffer immeasurably for it. I believe you are right Slimfemme, he wants retribution on the upperclass. He wants to stick it to the rich man (regardless of his ethnicity) and to the white man (regardless of his wealth or lack of). He sees the “unfortunate” merely as an untapped voting block that he has figured out how to tap into, rile and use for his own power grab. I love Michael Savage’s quote about BO’s “poverty trickly up” economic philosophy.

Colin Powell: Being an army brat myself, I have always respected him as a a military man. However, politically he has ALWAYS been wishy washy. I haven’t trusted him for many years in the political realm. I always wished I could, but I have never found him particularly politically savvy. I don’t believe his convictions were closely allied with Bush when he accepted the post of Sec of State. I always felt he took the job for the title and glory and feather in his cap. I think when 9/11 happened he wished at that moment that he hadn’t taken the job. Now, I didn’t like most of the people W surrounded himself with… Rummy, Cheney, etc, and I thought they were a sad sack cast of keytone cops characters, and it must have been miserable for Powell to work within that frame, but I believe he was just as sad sack as they were, but from a different bent. And Condi was not the right choice to replace him. I am not surprised that he is endorsing BO. I am not happy about it, but I am not surprised. I think he is willing to sell the country out in order to cleanse his soul and seek forgiveness for giving the Iraq speech to the UN. That is what this is about for him, because it matters to him what a potential hit his legacy will take in the history books. I think this speaks more about the ego of the man than anything.

I am getting another stomachache. I spend a lot of time these days thinking about 2010 and what it will take to overthrow the (D) majority in the House and Senate. I guess it’s time for us to get to work on that one so that at least we have some semblance of balance of power, and will maybe only have to suffer 2 years of hot pokers in our eyes and wood splinters under our fingertips.

    PeteRFNY ,
Could it be that Powell sees O as the next political machine and is aligning himself for political reasons? Equally disgusting but a possible reason. If this is the case, this really sheds light on how our politicians have THEIR best interests at heart, not us Joes.
People need to look up their representatives voting records and vote to remove or keep them based on their own records.

I was stunned to see Powell endorse Obama. I stood there in front of the tv watching FOX showing him after the endorsement and thought this is not real. I have to believe it is either senility or insanity. He says taxes are needed to fix this country and totally ignores the irresponsible way the money they have now is being spent. Throwing more money at the government is not the solution. This was a sad day for me, I once admired him but this decision makes no sense. He said he is still a Republican when asked by the press, again I ask which is it senility or insanity.

Colin Powell’s endorsement for Bo is a way to guarantee that he has a future in politics, now that he likes the poll numbers. What an a__hole to say that Bo is a person of “substance” and to basically hang the entire reason for his endorsement on McCain’s choice of Palin as VP! Amazing! The phrase passive aggressive comes to mind with all that couching it in as positive language as he could muster, when really his whole intent was to drive a stake in the heart of Bush and the Republican party. Payback is a b__ch, as they say.

  8. marleed says:

Colin Powell always seemed like a decent man to me. I’m not sure why he accepted the job of Secretary of State, but I don’t think he was happy in that job for very long. I suspect he has regrets, and perhaps a touch of bitterness. I felt bad when he was labeled a “token” and an “Uncle Tom” by the liberals after being appointed by Bush, but apparently it bothered me more than it bothered him as he seems to be willing to cast his lot with the left in this election. What I find a bit curious is that those same people who were claiming he wasn’t black enough when he was in the Bush administration, are now singing his praises, and pointing out how important his endorsement is.

I just want to get this right, because it is so appropriate:

    “Tickle up poverty”

    Good one, huh?

  10. daredevilaccordian says:

one last time, sorry – I can’t type today

    “Trickle up poverty”

    Thanks, carry on.

I think the Powell endorsement of Obama will actually have a positive effect for McCain. It shows that race trumps ideology. I don’t think it will be taken as anything more than a black vote, which we already know (and accept as OK) that 99% of the African American population is voting for Obama.

  12. Idiot#3 says:

Our military is in Iraq today largely because outspoken affirmative action fan and Four-Star General Colin Powell urged Bush 41 to bug out after Saddam’s army had been rousted from Kuwait, rather than go on to Bagdad and finish the job as recommended by the military genius, General Norman Schwarzkopf.

Why is anyone surprised that for Powell, race trumps everything including America and it’s future? According to some quiet reports, the same goes for Condoleeza Rice.
