What does Urkel’s admin do on a day like this when we’re dealing with a number of terrorist threats and activities? Hillary’s State Dept sends a Happy Birthday greeting to a genocidal Islamist maniac…Ahmadinejad to be specific. I kid you not. You really don’t send a “Happy Birthday” message to a guy who’s best gift would be the annihilation of all the Jews. But that’s just what Urkel did. And the pathetic nature of attaching it to a request for the beasts to send home American hostages as a present to us. Un-freaking-believable. Sarah Palin has a couple of things to say about that here and here on Twitter.

Re. the birthday message to Ahmadinejad
Yes, and lions will lie down with lambs, and the world will be at peace… I’m sure there are many dumb things the State Dept. has done I don’t know about, so it’s hard to measure this, but this is the dumbest thing I’ve seen out of this administration. It’s like they’re bringing a daisy to a knife fight. To me it’s obvious that Iran is not looking for our blessing. This is a negotiating ploy. We’re not getting them back without a concession, or we go in and rescue them. Those are our options. Even the cowboys in the old west understood this when the Indians would take prisoners. But of course, those with the unconstrained vision are not good students of history.
Reminds me of what Sowell said about such people, the notion that all conflicts in the world are the result of misunderstanding, and that we can just talk things over and that’s how conflicts will be resolved… And they’re always startled when conflict breaks out. Or, I could be misreading the situation completely and Crowley is acting like the “good cop” to some “bad cop” the Iranians are aware of, but we the people are not. Oy, I can always hope!

So, let me get it straight. The leaders of the USA are wishing the leader of the country that is the world’s biggest sponsor of terrorism, Iran, a “Happy Birthday?” This in spite of the fact that the Iranians are the suppliers of the IED’s that are killing our military personnel?!!!!!
My G-d! What the hell is wrong with this people?
Isn’t it incredible that those pigs in Congress, and in the Executive branch, actually swear to protect the Constitution of the United States, just like our military men and women? But, unlike our military, government leaders aren’t in any danger of losing their life to an IED.
I have no words to express the profound outrage at this “Happy Birthday” wish. With a couple of loved once serving in Afghanistan, my disgust is even worse.
Words fail me. No matter how outraged reasonable people become at these antics, it will fall on deaf ears. Obama will do whatever he pleases no matter the consequences, because he feels he is right and everyone else is ignorant or worse. That is what is so scary about all of this. We have to vote all of these people out before it is too late. That is why this is one of the most important elections of our generation. There is a lot more at stake than just putting your candidate with the “D” or “R” after his/her name in office. Our whole way of life will change for the worse if we do nothing.
