That’s right, Governor Palin joins us to talk about her book “America by Heart.” We’ve all been looking forward to this and I’m thrilled to have her back on the show.

I’ve received lots of emails about her comments on Hannity and yes, I will ask her about that as well.

As you all know, normally I tape the Wednesday show in the morning for air during its regular time, but today’s show will be live. So here’s the deal–I will be taping the interview with Palin at 10am PT, and will play it twice in the live show, 11am-1pm PT, once in both hours.

So don’t miss the live show and TAMs–jump into the TAM Chat! See you then.

UPDATE: The interview was great, and below is a public podcast for all. Here is also a transcript of her comments addressing the Hannity interview and what would affect a decision to run for the presidency:

“What I’m saying is if, within the hierarchy, again those self-proclaimed movers and shakers and the pickers of the winners and losers in a political primary especially – if they keep making it so difficult on good, average Americans with some commonsense solutions, if they make it so difficult, virtually impossible to run for office, then that’s going to be the death of the GOP and they need to wake up and realize that. It’s going to keep good people from running for office. If a candidate maybe isn’t equipped in terms of being able to handle the darts and the arrows that they, within the GOP itself, will start aiming at these candidates they’re going to keep good people from running for office. Now I’m thankful that I’ve had 20 years of growing some thick skin and having taken on the good old boys from a local level on up to big oil company industry players on up to a Governor’s office and now on a national stage where, you know, they’re not going to get me to sit down and shut up if I believe it’s the right thing to do in running for President I am going to do so. But these GOPers who think that they have their thumb on the pulse of America, and they’re going to tell us, instead of allowing competition that can breed success, if they’re going to tell us who it is that can surface as an ideal candidate through a primary without letting the process work, then they’re going to keep some really good people from running for office.”

The book is fantastic. I bought it last night and you can tell her that I not only am buying it for my family, I am going to donate some copies to my local library. This book is going to be one of the greatest historical time capsules for our kids. They can read this book and understand what was happening at the time time in history.

    Sarah is one fine American.

Excellent interview Tammy – congratulations! She will run – she has too, seriously. Our country desperately needs her. I would like to suggest to the Governor that you would be an excellent adviser when she makes her decision to become our next President and starts to pull her team together. What an enormous asset via your experience with the liberal left and vast knowledge – look out RINO’s, political elitists, and leftist maniac liberals, you don’t have a chance.

Happy Thanksgiving – I will be making your most excellent cranberry sauce recipe again this year.

Another “blue blood” bites the dust…the small, fat, Kewpie-Doll Man Karl Rove must be flopping around like a fish outta water.
    Go Sarah Palin!

Just listened to this again in the quiet of home and enjoyed it even more. I love a conversation so much more than machine-gunning questions at someone. Thanks Tammy, and thanks to Gov. Palin! You’re both in my prayers.

I’ll repeat what I said in the chatroom today. The more I hear from Sarah Palin, the more I like her. It is so refreshing to see someone who actually has principles and lives by them rather than someone who sticks his finger in the air to see which way the proverbial wind is blowing.

I felt much more positive after hearing her comments to you than I did when I heard what she had said to Hannity. You did a great job as always, Tammy. 🙂

Great interview, Tammy. I want to thank you for your wonderful expression of gratitude to Sarah concerning the difficult life choices she’s made with the resulting true promotion of the rights of women in this country. Brought tears to my eyes to have you speaking so eloquently the gratitude I myself feel toward that remarkable woman. Brava! She was obviously very touched by your kind words. May she continue to live up to them.
