Whitney is so smart, and a true patriot. Whitney’s point about Illinois corruption makes us that much more hopeful; that Sarah Palin IS the best qualified person to be the next president. Sarah Palin is one of us, and our time is now! Thanks Tammy for this interview. Smart girls, indeed! All over this land!

Hot movie pic about rocking out and kicking establishment ass — Pirate Radio — starring the marvelous Philip Seymour Hoffman and a great cast of British eccentric character actors. Based upon events in Britain circa 1966 when rock ‘n roll was hot and happening but the British govt restricted its radio broadcast via BBC airwaves. The rebel response – small bands of “pirate” radio enthusiasts set up broadcasting towers on boats just outside of English boundary waters, and transmitted signals to an estimated 25 million enthusiastic music loving listeners 24 hours a day, seven days per week. The movie tells the story of the battle between the British government as ogres and one merry band of defiant DJs who refuse to be silenced. As one DJ says, “Governments loathe people being free.” Topical, inspiring, great fun, super soundtrack — one of my favorite movies of all time!
