She’s not kidding, and yes, the Left, when they realize they’re losing are predictable–they always turn to and advocate for violence. This is all over the interwebtubes as you might imagine, but I had to get this up here for you. While Roseanne is comfortable calling for the murder of other people, I think you know that we, of course, won’t go down that road and will express ourselves with a bit more…thoughtfulness. Thanks 🙂

Real Clear Politics transcript:

“Part of my platform is, of course, the guilty must be punished and that we no longer let our children see their guilty leaders getting away with murder. Because it teaches children, you know, that they don’t have to have any morals as long as they have guns and are bullies and I don’t think that’s a good message,” Barr told Russia Today (RT).

“I do say that I am in favor of the return of the guillotine and that is for the worst of the worst of the guilty.

“I first would allow the guilty bankers to pay, you know, the ability to pay back anything over $100 million [of] personal wealth because I believe in a maximum wage of $100 million. And if they are unable to live on that amount of that amount then they should, you know, go to the reeducation camps and if that doesn’t help, then being beheaded.”

Can you blame the woman for being jealous of people that have heads?

  2. lawmom90 says:

    I love you Maynard

I once read a biography of Roseanne (Don’t ask me why. Sometimes I do odd things….) and apparently she was in a car accident at seventeen; a car hood ornament went through her skull, and she ended up in a mental hospital for one year. This may account for her bizarre ranting. As far as the interviewer is concerned, who knows? Maybe he was dropped on his head as an infant.

  4. Kat says:

All I can say in this case, using the proper decorum required by Tammy,….”IGNORANCE IS DEFINITELY BLISS!”!!!!

  5. Palin2012 says:

Roseanne Barr & Rose O’Donnell should get together…keep all that insanity under one roof! I’m just sayin’

  6. kmsimchak says:

She definitely lost some brain mass along with the weight she lost! Hey Roseanne, thinking that did not work out so well for France. The way liberals invoke horrendous acts against people is amazing to me. They truly are filled with hate. Move to France- they already guillotened the country’s income makers.

  7. IloiloKano says:

I find it hard to believe people can be that stupid. It might not be hyperbole to suggest Roseanne Barr truly is insane.

And why is she being interviewed by Jimmy Fallon anyway?

  8. JHSII says:

Using her own definition of the word “rich” – Why does she want to behead herself????

  9. mediachristian says:

Well, I don’t know if Roseanne Maher is insane or not…and I didn’t sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night…but I do know this:

Right now it is 0134 Eastern Daylight Palin Time, it is 0034 Central Daylight Palin Time, and it is 0635 Gross Median Palin Time…all on Monday, October 3.

Which means…there are exactly four hundred days (400, for those in Rio Linda and Port St. Lucie) until we vote out the DB and end our nightmare. (oh yeah, that is 475 days away)

    Just sayin…

“Our children are being brought up without moral values; to combat this, I advocate theft, mass brainwashing, and the execution of people who disagree with me.”

Do these people even hear themselves?

A whole new meaning to the term capital punishment.

We can laugh at her, but the Left has launched its campaign of violence which will escalate. They have a romantic view of themselves as champions of the exploited who aren’t going to take it any more. No matter that many of the leaders of these manufactured masses are filthy rich themselves, it is all about image, mythology and power. The Left is predictible but that doesn’t make them less malignant. Power born of self-righteous hatred and vengence ends in a river of blood. It isn’t funny.

    • Maynard says:

Yes, Pat, that’s why I’m on this side. On the whole, our attitude is that the rank and file of the other side don’t “get it”, or are blinded to reality. We argue facts and reality, because we have hope for them. (I’m talking about the opposing foot soldiers; we feel differently about some of the leaders.) But it seems that they look upon us and see nothing but evil and villainy. Racists, fascists, heartless, mean, selfish, whatever — they seem to entirely or almost entirely discount any notion that we could be thoughtful, we might have reasons. This is an attitude that could lead to bloodshed, a lot of it. Because you can deal with people you regard as reasonable. But there’s nothing to do with Nazis except kill them. As people struggle for their jobs, for their lifestyles…and meanwhile it’s pounded into them that their political opponents are responsible for their struggles, that their political opponents have done this out of will, out of malice…well, what do you think will happen? What did that SEIU guy scream when he beat up the man passing out little “Don’t tread on me” flags? When asked why he attacked the man, he shouted, “Because he attacked America!” This is our future.

Yet another rich looney leftwing liberal who wants to keep her own moolah while making everyone else give away theirs.

um…she’s GOTTA be kiddin….is she ready to give up all HER wealth?

  17. jimmer says:

I know this isn’t an open thread so, just use a search engine (non google) and search on Roseanne Barr, Padres and national anthem. Ever since this I knew she had ‘issues’.

  18. Ken-P says:

Has she been on Dancing With the Stars yet? She might be better at that. She might actually make somebody laugh.

  19. Kind of a wannabe John Lennon look with the sun glasses. John Lennon gradually learned and grew. In time he was a Reagan Republican kind of guy. I feel sorry for Roseanne at this point really. I see her situation as a breakdown of compensating mechanisms of her rehabilitated brain. There may well be some problems brought on by nutritional needs of her brain, not being met. The age factor increasingly comes into play. She once had a charm of sorts, that seems to have withered. She is diminished I think and while she has become repellant in the process, there is a sadness to it that merits an empathy. It’s the thing that will happen to all of us in time, in our own ways. It’s a shame she has such a highly visible stage, on which to decay into this existential embarrassment.

  20. makeshifty says:

I’ve known about Roseanne’s socialist views (and I don’t think I’m bashing her by saying that. I believe she’s “come out” saying she’s an unabashed socialist), but she’s always had a happy-go-lucky attitude in public that’s enabled me to feel like, “Okay, I disagree with her, but she’s alright personally.” This is the scariest side of her that I’ve ever seen. She is most definitely not funny in this interview, but acting like somebody I would want to stay away from. I’m not mega-wealthy, but from what I heard from her, I’d get the guillotine all the same, because I am an ardent supporter of capitalism, and I would resist being brainwashed in her re-education camps. She said if that fails, off with their head. Unbelievable!
