Their first big hint that they were being conned should have been when their unicorns didn’t arrive after 2008.

Sometimes, watching a Democrat learn something is wonderful, like seeing the family dog finally sit and stay at your command.

With President Obama back in office and his life-saving “fiscal cliff” bill jammed through Congress, the new year has brought a surprising turn of events for his sycophantic supporters.

“What happened that my Social Security withholding’s in my paycheck just went up?” a poster wrote on the liberal site DemocraticUnderground.com. “My paycheck just went down by an amount that I don’t feel comfortable with. I guarantee this decrease is gonna’ hurt me more than the increase in income taxes will hurt those making over 400 grand. What happened?”

Shocker. Democrats who supported the president’s re-election just had NO idea that his steadfast pledge to raise taxes meant that he was really going to raise taxes. They thought he planned to just hit those filthy “1 percenters,” you know, the ones who earned fortunes through their inventiveness and hard work. They thought the free ride would continue forever.

So this week, as taxes went up for millions of Americans — which Republicans predicted throughout the campaign would happen — it was fun to watch the agoggery of the left. “I know to expect between $93 and $94 less in my paycheck on the 15th,” wrote the ironically named “RomneyLies.”

“My boyfriend has had a lot of expenses and is feeling squeezed right now, and having his paycheck shrink really didn’t help,” wrote “DemocratToTheEnd.”
“BlueIndyBlue” added: “Many of my friends didn’t realize it, either. Our payroll department didn’t do a good job of explaining the coming changes.”

  1. “My boyfriend is feeling squeezed right now.” Nice to know. he he anyhoo…

i just wanted to get a dig in regarding the new CAIR public relations push:)

Imagine if the same PR team would also work for nazi white supremacists…

“Mein Kampf is to get up early every morning and make sure all my pleats are perfectly starched and pressed!”

    another might say:

“Mein Kampf is to promote racial purity by any means necessary. I am also working to make sure Iran gets the bomb sooner then later, because its only fair they have them if others get to have them.”

    What’s your Kamf??

It’s almost worth the tax increase to see these libtards wake up to the fact that the Chicago Jesus lies like a rug. It’s ok to gouge the “rich”…they just didn’t know THEY were part of that group! I saw a good one on Facebook. It’s a picture of Sandra Fluke (rhymes with ….) and the caption is something like “so, your taxes went up $1500.00 and you’re happy you don’t have a $10.00/month copay for birth control”. You just can’t fix stupid.

I think that the above, at least partly, was because the Obama admin. has consistently viciously attacked anyone who said this will be the result if such and such is passed. Businesses see that, and don’t want to be called out and attacked by the administration. Like Tammy says, make it painful for anyone to speak up and you’ll win as they retreat.

So Ed Koch is upset and feels a little betrayed with the Obama selection of Chuck Hagel for DOD Secy. Gosh Ed, who would have guessed that Obama is politically expedient.

Low information voters just woke up, scratching their arses. We tried to told ya. Slapchop!

  7. Too funny. I think it’s all summed up by this whine: “Many of my friends didn’t realize it, either. Our payroll department didn’t do a good job of explaining the coming changes.”

Well, duh, it’s not your payroll department’s job to pass on the news of the day to you. Not their job to make sure you’re informed about your voting choices.

    Always someone else’s fault. Always.

“Whether or not you were spoonfed the information, toots, does not matter. You voted for him. Stfu and pay up.”

(my response, give or take a word or 2, when the LIBS around me cry in their beer on this one)

Maybe if they got their news from a source other
Than SNL, they would have known

  11. Squirrel says:

We who know Obama, things like this will not come as a suprise. We expect it. We know a punk when we see him. Those who voted for a Chicago Jesus will squeal like little pigs when they suffer the conseqences of their vote last November. I will
delight in the sound of squealling pigs! Is that wrong? I’m just saying.

We can say this is what Obama was calling Winning The Future, “WTF?!”

Letter to my Congressman and Senators that I sent this morning:

    Sir,
My Wife works 10-12 hours days as a grade 3-8 administrator. No Asst admin, no staff like yours, one admin asst. I work for an insurance company, my 2 kids live at home still – both work Thank God and pay a small rent. My youngest is a Marine. I pay $900 a month in school loans to HELP my kids. They pay another $600 portion themselves. We do not vacation anymore at the shore. We have no wiggle room. You have allowed another $500 a month to be taken out of our budget.
WHAT THE **** ARE YOU TAKING OUT OF YOUR BUDGET?
    ANSWER ME PLEASE!
