This is inevitable when we allow any government to proceed with fascist-like powers and control. All I can say is, thank goodness there’s Fox News to make sure this sort of thing doesn’t get covered-up.

Via Mediaite.

According to a report on Fox News Channel with host Megyn Kelly, the state of New York recently accessed an individual’s medical records and determined that they should be ineligible to possess a firearm. The state ordered that this individual surrender his weapons, which he did. However, as Kelly reported, the individual told to surrender his weapons was inaccurately identified as a threat. Today, that individual is suing the state, and a local government official in New York has said “we all look foolish.”

And now it begins. What we have been saying all along is now reality. Do we roll over and comply and become serfs, or do we fight. 🙁

I say we fight, AncientWarrior! Everyday they throw more crap at us in hopes of wearing us down. Like Tammy says, we fight one day at a time, issue by issue. Keeping them at bay while exposing their shenanigans at every turn.

Like Hillary says, “I’m in no ways tied”. We fight to keep our freedom from those who want desperately to take it from us.

We must refuse to comply to a registry or to help our DRs collaberate with our Government to disarm us.

Would some senator please state exactly what they mean by the “gun control” ? It sounds so stupid and is mindless parroted 24/7. No wonder NK is lifting its leg on the West.

“and a local government official in New York has said “we all look foolish.””

You already look foolish by passing a foolish law that set foolish standards on firearms ammo capacity.

  5. Vintageport says:

If Tammy is right, and I think she is, there will be an attempt to nationalize this behavior…and we wondered why they were buying so many tanks and loading up on ammo?!!?

Not a gun confiscation comment, this is a fishing, personal freedom confiscation post. The Army Corps of Engineers is (has?) banned all fishing in the tailwaters of dams along the Cumberland river (Kentucky and I think also Tenn.). Reason: when the dams release water it can be dangerous, so that if someone went fishing including children when dams weren’t releasing water and then they did, fishermen could be caught offguard in a situation of some danger. The dams release water approx. 20% of the time, so the Corps wants to ban fishing 100% of the time. Kentucky & Tenn. Senators are fighting ban.

My immediate thoughts; this situation has existed for years. What is the number of death/injury to the public due to dam water release? Are they concentrated in a certain area that is more dangerous than others? Were there other issues, such as were the fishermen drunk?

This doesn’t sound like traditional Corps action, so without more info., I’m of the belief that this is just a control the lives of the peasants action. Men & women taking their children fishing will likely be conservative and raise conservative children. Better to teach that fishing is a hazard to the environment, listen to environmentalists they know the truth, like on climate change.
