What a freaking jerk. And for those who donated money to his campaign? Congratulations, just another example of the hosing you get when you support liberals.

Memorabilia once owned by former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. is being auctioned off by the U.S. Marshals after his guilty plea in a corruption case.

A dozen items including autographed Bruce Lee and Michael Jackson collectibles and furs formerly belonging to the disgraced Illinois congressman went up for auction from the Marshals Service on Tuesday, with the bidding ending Sept. 26.

Jackson Jr. was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison in August for spending $750,000 in campaign money on personal items, which he agreed to repay. His wife, Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson, also pleaded guilty for filing false tax returns.

Whatever money is generated from the auction will be subtracted from the $750,000 Jackson Jr. owes the government, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Marshals Service said. Jackson was required to forfeit the items as part of his plea deal with the government.

Bidding started online at $115 for a women’s mink-trimmed cashmere cape, going up to $350 for an autographed “Bruce Lee” photo from “Fist of Fury” framed with another picture. The price for a woman’s red cashmere mink-trimmed cape was quickly escalating as bidding opened.
