An excellent slogan from a new campaign ad for Dr. Monica Wehby, who’s running against entrenched Senate Democrat Jeff Merkley of Oregon. Considering the disaster of ObamaCare/Cover Oregon , this is exactly the message to send.
Democrat Jeff Merkley of Oregon probably isn’t the first sitting senator Republicans think they can defeat this November. After beating incumbent Republican Gordon Smith in 2008 by 3 percentage points, Merkley appears safe in his seat. In 2012 Oregon voted for Barack Obama by more than 12 points, and the Cook Political Report rates the Senate race as “solid Democratic.”
Merkley is a dedicated liberal who fits a state increasingly defined by its biggest city, the insufferably hip and progressive Portland. How can the GOP hope to take back this seat? One Republican challenger appears to be focusing on Merkley’s vote and support for Obamacare. Monica Wehby, a pediatric neurosurgeon, has a new ad that juxtaposes news coverage of Oregonians who have had health insurance plans canceled to Merkley’s promise in 2009 that under Obamacare, citizens would “have the choice of sticking with the plan you have.”

All the progressives across the nation are salivating with their deceitful victories as they shove this socialistic O-care down our throats. And too bad if you don’t like it, they won. A parasite doesn’t care if its host doesn’t like it, they’ll keep sucking the life out of you until YOU are dead. They don’t seem to understand that then they will also die. 🙁

Let us hope! You would think the Oregonians (hope that is how you say it) recognize that a physician has much better insight to this monstrosity which is unraveling as we speak! Hopefully, hipster Portland who will probably maintain their so-called, cool leftist ideology will vote secretly, and it will be, for this fresh, honest and realistic candidate. Ironically, as I write this, my husband happens to be listening to Laura, and they just started discussing the Oregon debacle.
