obamaexcuses

When I saw the following article yesterday, two questions came to mind:

1) Who writes this crap Obama’s speeches?

2) Is anyone even listening anymore?

via CNS News: Obama Plans to ‘Mobilize’ Americans Around a “National Mission”

President Obama says he will use his upcoming State of the Union Address to “mobilize the country around the national mission of making sure our economy offers everyone who works hard a fair shot at opportunity and success.”

Mobilization? National mission? (Will we have to wear uniforms?)

….”Working folks are looking for the kind of stable, secure jobs that went overseas in the past couple decades. So next week, I’ll join companies and colleges and take action to boost the high-tech manufacturing that attracts the kind of good new jobs a growing middle class requires,” Obama said.

Oh, so now it’s not just Bush’s fault. Now it’s every POTUS “in the past couple decades.” Okey dokey…

…next week, I’ll be joined by college presidents as we lay out specific steps we can take to help more workers earn the skills they need for today’s new jobs. Later this month I’ll host CEOs at the White House to announce commitments we’re making to put more of the long-term unemployed back to work….

“I’ll keep doing everything I can to create new jobs and new opportunities for American families — with Congress, on my own, and with everyone willing to play their part.” He said the first order of business should be an expansion of unemployment benefits for the long-term unemployed, and he also mentioned “wages and benefits,” education, health insurance and immigration reform.

“on my own” ? Oh, he must mean this: “We’re not just waiting for legislation, I’ve got a pen and I can use it to sign executive orders.”

I’m trying to follow O’s train of thought, but I got lost.

Could someone please help me out here?

First, he promises to mobilize the country (whatever that means). Then, he will meet with college presidents, who presumably will figure out how college kids with a Liberal-Arts degree in Transgendered Dance Theory (ok, I stole that line from Ben Shapiro) can find good-paying jobs. And CEO’s will be brought on board too.

And, first order of business? Yep, expansion of unemployment benefits.

Somehow, I have a feeling all of this has nothing to do with jobs for American citizens.

And everything to do with “immigration reform.”

Stay tuned…

At this point, OBummer couldn’t mobilize his own bowel movement. (Sorry) Yeah, he used to be able to “move” the mass of low information voters, but now, not so much. Hello? OBummer? The American people don’t trust you. He’s toast. Tammy said it, he’s going to usurp authority every time he turns around, and cram every crazy regulation down our throats until the day he leaves the WH. And what’s with all the sudden interests in jobs? This is the same repackaged tripe he spews every year, just with a new name. I think you’re on to something, Shifra. This mobilization smells a lot like immigration reform to me too. I cannot wait for the SOTU address. Get your popcorn ready for Tammy’s “colorful” commentary. It’s sure to be informative and entertaining. 🙂

This is obviously a red herring. We are approaching collapse, and partly by his efforts. We face a food problem–remember the crop disasters in the Midwest? We face the threat of global thermonuclear war, which could have started with Syria.

Vesuvius has erupted, but the leader of Pompei wants the people to focus on his chariot race.

(Will we have to wear uniforms?)

    Yes, red plaid onesies.

Oh, yeah, those ivory-tower college bosses and crony CEOs that gorge at the taxpayer-funded trough can be counted on to advise Obozo to give them more money. And the sad fact is that it’s not in Obama’s interest to oversee a healthy economy. He stays in power by making sure the people are scrambling and sinking, and afraid they’ll go under if not for a government check. We’ve gone so far down this rabbit hole, and run up so many debts that can never be repaid and made promises that can’t be kept, that I don’t see any way out short of national bankruptcy. When the next crash hits and the gravy train derails, blood will spill.

Quite right Maynard. The University presidents are always looking for ways to gouge taxpayers, and it doesn’t matter if the university is public or private. The universities will probably respond by forming some Employment Studies departments in their College of Business. (Arts and Sciences will get the Dept. of Transgendered Dance Jobs and Technology so they don’t feel left out.) More useless degrees. All of those will come at the expense of the science, technology, and engineering disciplines.

And in a You Didn’t Build That moment, the building completion date for the new DHS HQs has been pushed back to 2026. In 2006, a contract was signed for a new DHS HQs in SE Wash. DC, to be completed in 2016. With 2 yrs. to go, it’s now been pushed back 10 years. If this is really a 3-letter word JOBS year, wouldn’t there be more hires to hurry up completion?

There is a large disconnect between Obama stumping You Didn’t Build That and his stumping Jobs. Is the purpose of a job to not build something? Military award for not shooting? Obama wants fundamental human desire for worth and honor to disappear. Fascist *%$^%(% pig.

Column ends with this: Americans tend to be suspicious of things they can’t see. Like monsters in the dark. Hungry fish beneath the waves. Radiation in the air. And honest promises by Barack Obama
