Here is tonight’s “Rest of the Show” podcast, which is normally exclusive media for my subscribers, the Tammy Army. In this special podcast I address Gov. Brewer’s veto of the Religious Freedom bill in Arizona, as well as a few other issues of the day 🙂

Thanks and I hope you find it helpful.

I have not had the opportunity to listen to this podcast as of this morning so I don’t know what Tammy ultimately has to say about the lastest developments. I am a citizen of Arizona. I love my state and I believe that we are under attack from all the “gestapos” from the President on down. Every little stone is turned to look under and see what crap can be dug up and exploited. I won’t pretend to understand fully this whole bill and the ramifications but in a nutshell it is a bill that would suppliment an already existing bill in the State of Arizona that protects big Businesses from these lawsuits, but this bill would protect individuals. Both these bills were patterned by a Chuck Schumer bill that is federal law.
I want to commend a young conservative State Rep here in AZ named Adam Kwasman. He has not backed down from his position of support for this bill despite personal hardships caused because of his position. The left and their media lapdogs have latched on to this issue and controlled the narative from the get go. The meme was “anti-gay” so it is all the bill is referred to in the national news as well as down to the local news. Mr. Kwasman’s own community (Jewish) are so afraid of this bill because they belive that the State is going after the gays now, will the Jews be next?
I am conflicted about Jan Brewer’s veto of this bill. On one hand I want strong leaders like Mr. Kwasman who stand on principle but on the other hand “is this the hill to die on”.

Ok, I suspected I might have had some of my facts wrong (was on my way to work, in a hurry and relied upon the words of others and did not do my due diligence), but at least 13 other states do have similar passed laws and the bill presented was patterned off of a bill that was supported and championed by Chucky, Teddy Kennedy and Bill Clinton. Mia culpa :/

Pamelarice…you have many more non-arizonians supporting your point of view than you think. No need for the mia culpa. And to Tammy…good for you making this a public podcast and making sure that this conversation is not limited to the choir. Thank you for that decision. While it may not be the issue for which we would die on the hill, it’s easy to imagine the future ramifications and direction of the entropy. Incrementalism is the left’s only weapon of mass distraction…refusal to budge at each step is our only true defense.

Excellent remarks from Pam & VP. I just find it ironic that the people who have suffered from discrimination for so many years are now the bullies on the playground. My sympathies are no longer for them but continue for the conservative ones who deserve acceptance.
