A federally-approved lunch courtesy of Michelle Obama that wouldn’t even be enough for my dog.

Kudos to the kid who took a picture of this school “Munchable,” igniting a firestorm of outrage by parents. Michelle Obama has gotten away with starving your kids for years. It’s an effort that has nothing to do with nutrition and everything to do with control. It’s time more parents got involved at school and help bring this absurdity to an end.

Family’s anger over school lunch reveals more widespread issues

Angry parents in Chickasha complain their kids aren’t getting enough to eat at school. The Holton family says the meal the district calls a “Munchable” is ridiculous and family members say it needs to change.

The meal that daughter Kaytlin Shelton took a photo of Monday consists of lunch meat, a couple crackers, a slice of cheese and two pieces of cauliflower. Schools in Chickasha serve it every other week.

Kaytlin says it’s especially problematic for her because the 17-year-old is eating for two. She’s pregnant with a little girl on the way.

“It makes me want to take that and take it to the Superintendent and tell him to eat it for lunch,” she said.

Kaytlin’s father Vince Holton says the $3 meal is not good enough for any student, much less one eight months pregnant.

“I can go pay a dollar for a lunchabe and get more food in it,” he said.

The school district says there are more options on Munchable day such as milk, beans and pears, but Superintendent David Cash agrees there’s a problem. He says it’s thanks to federal regulations to fight childhood obesity, which limit calories per meal based on a student’s age.

I only hope that these kids learn what happens when big government takes away their freedom to make their own choice. It is a learning opportunity, but one that will not likely be taught in a public school. With this lesson, these kids should never vote for a liberal.

The meat looks like ham. Would that be a culturally sensitive meal? Just want to help Mooch get it right.

It cost the student $3, but I’ll bet the gubmint paid $10 for it. Disgusting.

So schools are supposed to be feeding large enough meals for pregnant students? Honestly, im trying to decide if that’s any less food than the PB&J my parents packed for me every day. That looks like a lot of meat, but I could be wrong.

Flashing back to Mrs. Douglas’ legendary bad cooking on the old “Green Acres” show.

Hey, Tammy, you should get one of these for Sydney.

Obama isn’t a virologist and Michelle isn’t a dietician, and ignorance doesn’t stop the malevolent from committing destruction.

    >>Michelle Obama Continues to Starve School Kids
Isn’t this the way with communists/fascists/totalitarians of all stripes — and libs in charge of schools? They would rather bother the well-behaved with anti-bullying programs than take care of the problem kids. An imperfect analogy, I know, but I’ve noticed the same thing in the bureaucracy too.

I have a perfect suggestion for Mooch’s next gig: Warden of women’s prison. She can starve the prisoners and have them all run around the Prison Yard. And Mooch can stand there with a bullhorn and shout, “Let’s Move!”

How DARE you all besmirch the honor of the FLOTUS! You’re all just a bunch of hysterical racist COCKER SPANIELS! And you probably drown Goldfish, too!

Now, where’s my Obamaphone, darnit!? I’m telling Michelle on you!
