First it’s Americans’ Medical Care System, now it’s the ‘Food System’.

Via Free Beacon: New Let’s Move Executive Director is a ‘Food Justice’ Activist

First Lady Michelle Obama named the new Executive Director of Let’s Move on Thursday, Debra Eschmeyer, a self-described “food justice” activist who believes that all aspects of food production and consumption should be “shared fairly.”

….“Food justice seeks to ensure that the benefits and risks of where, what, and how food is grown, produced, transported, distributed, accessed, and eaten are shared fairly.”

“It represents a transformation of the current food system, including but not limited to eliminating disparities and inequities,” Eschmeyer added….

Eschmeyer said during the interview she focuses on everything from “food policy, Farm to School, school gardens, school food, rural sociology, obesity, dairy policy, commodity policy, food justice … basically from seed to stomach. The whole gamut.”

She also said she is not ideological….

More on the government politicizing food:

Government Dietary Guidelines May Back Off Meat To Be More Environmentally Friendly

First suggestions, then laws. We may be asking in the future, “Where’s the beef?”.

Not “ideological” just a dolt hired by to poke at an electorate that tossed Dems during the midterm. Increased shuffling of produce around the country will increase the slaughter of countless deer and rabbits on the highway and little else except giving some at the WH the warm fuzzies.

Sounds like the goal is to have only a certain type and certain amount of food; we’ll have to hide our food stocks. Guess I’ll need to build camouflage cover for my garden and trees (as in WWII Seattle over Boeing’s plants), so the government can’t see it. Oh wait, I’ll be herded into 400 sq ft, and my property will be a commune, so it won’t matter. Lovely.

“Food Justice”?! How are these progressive Statists allowed to make up new “justice” causes out of whole cloth without anyone in the media asking this question. “Food justice, seriously?” Yeah, I know the answer already too. When are we going to drive these marxist parasites from America? When will enough people finally wake up?! Headshake.

    Dear Ms. Eschmeyer,

As a conservative Republican, I am reaching out in a bipartisan manner to support your pursuit of equal sharing of all aspects of food consumption. Please make a reservation for two for me and my guest for next New Year’s eve at the $500,000 private membership restaurant, Vintage Cave, in Honolulu. I also expect you to arrange for free air transportation there and back as the Obama’s received. For my part in this sharing exchange, following my Vintage Cave meal, I will provide to you, a fast food coupon booklet. Tres populaire!

    Bon Appetit.

This crap will never end until we the people stomp on them hard and say,’enough’.
We must not have been pushed to that point yet.
